Fresh Fruit Dip

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. lemon yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. coconut, toasted
  • 3 tbl. milk
  • In a small mixer bowl beat together the cream cheese,
    lemon yogurt, honey, and vanilla till smooth. Stir
    in the coconut and milk. Turn into serving bowl.
    Cover and chill in the refrigerator till cold. Serve
    with slices of fresh fruit.
